And the issue wasn't just about building a base - it was about joining the pve server and refusing to team up with the rest of the holos/wanting to do her own "resistance" thing, and later when she finally teamed up for a big boss fight she just camped with a sniper weapon for a majority of the stream without talking - leading to her pov having absolutely nothing going on for a majority of the event.
But yeah, they went slightly overboard with the criticism on that one.
