Probably just comes down to the model and the artist mix when it comes to hand RNG
There might be some adetailer for hands but not sure of that'll actually fix them
When I do fix hands I use photoshop, did enough of them to have a decent workflow to fix extra fingers but can take from 2 mins to 10 if it's really stubborn and my GPU is tied so img2img is not available.
