The ocean always moves, that's just how it is, so why not just put a big funnel or a series of funnels under the sea, put turbines in those funnels, and let it siphon power from nature's dark underbelly? We do it with wind power, but wind is inconsistent, whereas the ocean is always moving and waving. Wouldn't it be easy?
