The two most influential things Kenzoku would likely impose would be a very strong sense of community, such as hosting of numerous events, feasts, festivals, etc. There is a prevailing theme of community amongst Kenzoku even in the hardest of times.
Hell, the thread spent like 100 posts the other day talking about a menhera JP femzoku who's giving up on Towa.The second, would probably be a degradation of communication/language, due to the hivemind. Actual spoken language development within /towa/ lands is quite poor and the communities within /risu/ on the border would likely have had their languages/form of communication impacted by using shorter, simpler, phrases to communicate, or however you decide to use this influence.
