Treatment indicates improvement, however it doesnt mean that full cure will ever be reached. Both Haruka and Mouse will be dealing with their problems for the rest of their lives but they know how to deal with it.
So Haruka has advantage over people with untreated autism because:
1) Haruka is aware of her autism and knows how to deal with it
2) She gets proper medication or conditioning
So she can do well on some "autism test" shit because she was taught how to act normal. And that is what is called "treatment".
