If there's scheduled content, you'll want to tweet about it beforehand. If one of my favorite content creators drops a video at 2 in the morning, I'm not going to ignore it. I may wait until the next day if I'm about to sleep but if I enjoy their content I will consume it eventually. The only caveat would be if it's some kind of time-sensitive news hot take. Depending on how much I enjoy their stuff, I may not worry about missing it as much. That'll vary from creator to creator.
