She worked in quite a different direction than most other holos to the point where she essentially has a job in games media right now instead of general entertainement. Not that she doesn't also do and also enjoy all the other hololive stuff but it seems clear to me what part of the job is actually keeping her invested.
And that's pretty much in line with what she's been trying to do all her life as far as I can tell.
So no I don't think she "on the verge of quitting anytime soon", if anything she's more secure than she's been since before the holocaust... until she's not. Hololive lines up with letting her do what she wants right now but if that stops? She's got enough connections in the industry now to just go do exactly what she loves but independently.
So in short, her situation is vastly different from other holos and especially EN holos and using her to make it sound like nothing is changing is fucking unhinged.
