Botan: not the protagonist but the most OP encounter possible, well armed and capable of using anything. Probably uses a Russian modern AK-17 as her main gun.
Fubuki: ??? No idea. I was thinking maybe a combat rifle or a sniper.
Coco: Double Uzis
Suisei: Remington shotgun, maybe silver inlays and engravings, something a millionaire would use to shoot skeet.
Miku: 44. Colt with a really long barrel.
Polka: Trap/Explosive expert
Luna: Unarmed, probably in a fortified bunker full of robots.
Marine: Enfield
Rushia: probably some kind of psychic implant
Pekora: AR-15 (she's very small, the AR-15 is easy for girls her weight and height to use that's the only gun I can actually see her using)
Okayu: PPK with a silencer.
For Nijisanji I've put in less thought but:

Obsydia I imagine being darker and more futuristic
