The rest of them are not nepohires because at the end of the day they still had to be good at their jobs. Having the recommendation of someone already in the company is not nepotism, that's like step 1 of basic fucking networking in business. Even 10ma, who basically got in because Pippa said, "either she gets in with me or I'm not joining", still had to be a not-shit streamer to be considered.
The people who call any kind of hiring when you know someone in the company a nepohire, are the people who have never done a day of networking in their life and don't understand that being able to form networks is in itself part of showing your merit.
