My theory on this is that her fanbase operates differently and is more insular in nature, being they stay close to Kiara and just Kiara. That on top of being in JP hours, she likely attracts a lot more eastern fans than the west does. But we can also hope things got fixed in the past day because Mumei’s chart in MC is a million, MILLION times better than all of her recent streams.
