>>53598359>>53598574The main issue I have with her rant is that she doesn't understand, or pretends to not understand, that at some point you have to promote/reward actual performance and the early 50k outfit work is exactly that. Like it or not, sub count is one of the few out-company performance metrics that counts and you can only reward in-company performance so much before it's start to be meaningless or straight up damaging. That's why they made the sub count reward look more accessible, to incentivize talents to grow their channel even more once they hit 35k.
As a company, you can reward some internal metrics to boost morale and give people a little extra, but at the end of the day it's making a sale what really counts. Imagine if a kawaii chuuba scheduled her streams just to maximize redirect points but did jack shit anywhere else. You'd get a shitter with low out-company metrics but high in in-company ones. That's basically a leech that is also a literally who, complete dead weight.
