By having their chuubas open to off-stream interactions on Discord, that increases the chances of getting noticed, and also strengthens the bond between viewer and the brand of Tsunderia. Whether that brand loyalty is worth the risk of all the bad shit that could happen on platforms like Discord is up for debate
