If you ever want to tell if a women is lying she will finish her sentence in an upward inflection as if she is asking a "question?" It's sutble but she will make a statement and the end will sound like a question. Bad liers unintentionally do this as if they are asking if you believe their lie while it is leaving their mouth. Once you notice it it's pretty hard to miss.
