Make deliberate mental notes of:
-smell
-color
-texture
-taste
of courseand anything else you can think of. maybe temperature? shapes you make see in the food you're eating?
never worked with eating order patients before but i did hear anecdotal evidence that this can help binge eaters. not that i think you are one.
