It's not like I'm criticizing for not liking Nijisanji. It's just worthless to write such a long post that says more about how little you know about vtubers as a whole than it does about the people you're critiquing. Criticize for not being as good as streamers who are actually good at streaming, not fucking HoloCouncil who are about as big of a flop as they ever could be within Hololive terms.
Ethyria aren't a representation of the indie vtuber scene nor are they evidence of how shallow it is. They're all extremely talented(except the fox) and all huge Nijisanji fans before joining(except the fox). Nijisanji would obviously rather hire people who understand the company culture and atmosphere than people who just have a high subcount like a certain other company. The fact you don't like them talking about periods or doing weird creative schizo shit in their debuts just means you're not the company's target audience and need to stay in the Hololive bubble. Hell there are plenty of indies who behave in the same seiso Hololive copycat way, go watch Prism Project or Tsunderia if that's what you're looking for.
