But if you actually look into some studies the optimal health seems to be achieved somewhere slightly above 25. The people with just a slight slight chub seem to live the longest if they are men. I would suggest you to bulk up a little, but as long as your above 18.5 modern medical consensus treats you as healthy so I can't recommend against that to much I guess
