The company isn't going to implode, it will just gradually become a husk of itself. As vtubing continues competing companies are going to become better and more of them will pop up. Also being an indie will become more viable as the technology and online culture gets better/bigger. Once more holo graduations start to happen, Cover will have to hire new gens that won't be as good since they won't have the clout to continue with their miracle hires. Eventually Hololive is going to look like Smosh and Cinemassacre where there's a bunch of randos with no talent and the people that you were there for are either gone or burnt out.
