She stabilized by having more laid back collabs with Lisa and her charm point is that she is passionate about the game and willing to go along collabs. Should note though that she probably still has a caffeine addiction and having a strong single focus might typecast her into just APEX but I am confident that her personality will allow her to be more flexible.
To emphasize though much like any agency some members are laid back and are happy with what they currently have while others have milestone goals that they want to reach. Noah, Sumire and Hinano definitely want dem numbers.
