You join a company that has good industry contacts so that you can either exit out to your desired company or quit after networking with them a little so you can contact and work with them in a contracting capacity later.
I don't get why so many people don't understand this. It's one of Nijisanji's biggest appeals. Either you stay in for the sponsorships and other deals as an internal, you exit out with a deal with one of the industry contacts, or you go solo then reach out to the contacts you made.
It's the same shit with every agency it's just that others have less variety and are more focused on single sectors (Neo-porte are pro-gaming related, Hololive are music (but only for females), etc)
