Unless either groups has talked about each other a lot during zatsudans & go as much as to meet them irl, I wouldn't call them friends exactly.
If you want to talk about being friends with other streamers & chubas, a better example would be the anbrella members or SGPD officers, who often meet offline with one another. (e.g Hijireme Laeria / Hatsukane Neru)
