The problem with Panko is that she tries way too hard to be Gura 2.0 and completely misses the mark. Her voice is close to passable but her accent and her mannerisms are a huge debuff when she's trying to emulate someone who's naturally witty and airheaded.
I think Panko would be a lot more successful if she forged her own path instead of following in the footsteps of the shark. Many have tried but none have succeeded, and there's good reason for that.
