the japanese company didn't want to lose the exposure in china so they told kson that he would not participate (remember this was one day before the event) and gave an apology (sucked) to the chinese.
i also have to mention that kson had already talked to the staff about her situation with china (she does it with everyone she works with) and they told her that there is no problem.
