The question of youtube videos vs streaming is a matter of tone I think.
If I were to make a youtube video, there would be an expectation to edit and do multiple takes to make a pretty and refined audiobook.
But a livestream is more casual, informal. I stumble on my words, I take breaks to eat a sandwich, I break off onto tangents about a phrase in the book, that's all find in a livestream.
I like to imagine it as
