Also try not to eat very fatty or greasy foods or drink soda. Ozempic doesn't like that shit and will make you pay for eating it. Lastly don't mix doses. Take the recommended amount. If you just overdose yourself thinking it'll work faster your body is going to freak out and probably try and fight it. Similarly, if you miss a few weeks then take a large dose to catch up same deal. It kinda feels like a hangover.
Personally I tell most of my clients to think of yourself as an animal. What do they do all day? They move and they eat. You should do the same. Eat a light breakfast, eat a snack a few hours later like some fruit or granola, eat a light lunch with lean meat like turkey or chicken (can be cold cuts), another snack a few hours later, dinner, one more small snack. Then a lot of people hate going to the gym or don't have a treadmill so my recommendation is to walk around your place or at work or just outside. Try and work your way up to around 10k steps a day. That's the sweet spot for losing weight. Doesn't have to be all at once, just slowly work your way up. Get a pedometer or one of the really old Fitbit models to count your steps. I would also invest in some light weights if you don't have any because at the rate you'll be losing you'll have sagging skin which needs to be tightened up with muscle.
