By contrast Lia cancels streams on a whim. She talks without thinking. She has started stream crying. She has tacitly admitted to having paranoid delusions about parasites under her skin. And the kicker, she has wholly admitted to absent mindedly cutting herself while streaming; self-harm. That sort of person will ALWAYS be a liability to keep around, especially for other talents. How do you know they aren't going to accidentally (or intentionally).dox another talent? How do you know they aren't going to hurt themsleves on stream again? How do you know they aren't going to do something so outrageous it tarnishes your brand and everyone attached to it? You CAN'T know. Which is why Lia got some sort of ultimatum from Fish.
