I was eating 600-700 calories for 3 days or so, then eat some burrito bowls from chipotle which would be 1,200 calories which would fill me up and be good food but still keep me at a deficit. Good luck bro, also don't cheat too hard on cheat days. Just do a cheat meal and thats it
