Good job on your stream Lia. I want to tell you a baking story again. As you know im a horrible baker I cant bake anything and I never bake anything anyway except for maybe twice a year. I recently tried to make some sweet buns and I legit kneaded for over an hour and still no window pane. So I cut off half the dough and stuck it in the fridge and I baked the other half.

The next morning I pulled out the remaining dough and I legit kneaded again for like an hour and still no window pane. I called it at that point and just turned them into buns and baked it. I dont own a mixing machine because I dont bake so I have no use for it, so hand kneading what I do for the two times a year I bake and its always the same result. Its over for me bros I cant bake at all.

Although the dough was not window pane the buns were pretty soft and good, hot out of the oven. However after a night sitting on the counter they turned into a hard gummy chew. I honestly dont know what I do wrong, I followed the recipe perfectly. I hope you have better success in your baking endeavours. Have a good night Lia.
