paint.net and freehand drew this on top of it. Nothing super fancy, it's just solid white with no respect to lighting or anything so it was pretty simple.
https://files.catbox.moe/ixbo6f.pngAnd then I set that layer to partially transparent. Depending on how transparent you make it, you can sorta control the difference in colour between tanned/untanned. Picrel is less same everything but less transparent, for comparison.
And then back into inpaint, just made sure to cover all the drawn stuff, inpaint mode whole image, same prompt but with "tanlines" added.
It's a few steps but none of them are really hard or RNG heavy, it's definitely way easier than fixing a stubborn bad hand
