I've been avoiding doing too much advertising on Twitter aside from regular community interactions because I'm worried that if a hurdle slows me down, I'll lose motivation after promising content. For that reason I've decided to not reveal myself as a vtuber until after at least my first couple videos are finished.
My question is, when I make my twitter reveal, should I do so BEFORE uploading the videos to drum up hype since I haven't actually advertised yet? Or should I upload my first video alongside the announcement so there is content for people to check out that day?
