I would say:
Gura: her chart is "shark fins"; she seems to alternate between highs and lows, but the lows are getting lower each cycle
Ame: clearly burned herself out in her first few months, and is in a down slope since then
Ina: was stable until the debut of IRyS and Council, then reduced her hours significantly. Seems to be the only case where that happened.
Calli: had a very productive Q3 and Q4 2021, then reduced streaming activity in 2022
Kiara: Stable across 2020 and 2021, reduced activity in 2022
All in all it doesn't seem Myth (other than maybe Ina) reduced activity because of Council, they reduced regardless of Council
