This place is a prime example why you'd need to do it. A shockingly large amount of people are ignorant about their targeted hateful comments being genuinely hurtful, whether they do it "for the lulz" or not. It's easy to say "haha man up you pussy" to someone, but I doubt any of the ones who say that have been in a position where they're on the targeted, receptive end of it for weeks if not months, unable to do anything about it.
