Keep in mind people who change oshis are never complete newfags, they always transition to someone they were already familiar with. Even when I was a chumbud, Ina was always my sort of "second one". People with no attatchments to other vtubers usually just break down and ditch vtubers altogether.
Technically Saplings could follow her to her PL, but then she might want to stream only on the shitty purple platform, which would suck tremondous balls, so understandable they're looking for alternatives.
