Generally speaking people tend to sign 1 year contracts, but that's not always the case, I've seen contracts as low as 3 months elsewhere.
She definitely had some intent on leaving but seemingly got convinced to stick around on promises of things being better under Brave.
I only hope they are, for all of them.
Sure sucks for coomer-types / more mature orientated types, but the rest have a chance of going somewhere at least.
On a semi-related note - I'm sure Mono might vanish, even though she loves her model. I hope she doesn't.
In all of their cases, everyone under Brave or any corpo for that matter, they have a more stable life under a company than outside one.
Being indie isn't easy in general, going from a corpo BACK to an indie is even harder for most because those expectations of things to "carry on as-is" are simply delusional - they won't carry on as-is, it will be very different.
Most of them don't have the energy or scheduling to do all the stuff that the companies do for them (or in some cases, the know-how)
tl;dr probably not, have jiggles, get distracted get distracted get distracted!
