There are a ton of default plugins (VST as they call it) for noise gates, compression, reverb/delay, and more audio mastering methods. Also, you can download third-party more advanced VST (you can pirate it all). There are tons of guides on Youtube using both software if you have the right keyword. My advice is to keep it simple. And vocaroo your voice if you're a female girl so I can jack off to it.
