I know it sounds crazy, but a reason I check every Hololive debute despite mostly watching indies, is that their scouting is good and they only give the "approved" stamp to a few select. Compared to checking myself countless indies to find a gem, Clover does it for me and most of the time they indeed find very interesting profiles.
Meanwhile Niji literally give their branding to anyone left and right and see what sticks, it's barely an upgrade over looking for no views talents myself. There are too may Niji, only a few are good, the rest jus pollute the branding and makes it worthless.
