Most new viewers find out about hololive in the first place through her. To a lot of normies, gura and hololive as synonymous. Most never go beyond just watching Gura, but enough do to noticeably boost the others and elevate the EN scene as a whole. There's no question in my mind that Gura going on extended breaks is hurting the other girls' numbers as well. In turn, a return to regular streaming should benefit the others. As they say, a rising tide lifts all boats.
