Just spitballing here, maybe she's not as clippable as other Holos? Like there isn't something like Marine's horny pirate shtick to hook viewers in and there isn't something like Rushia's outbursts for people to watch her streams while anticipating some crazy reaction. Roboco is just herself when she streams which is great if you want Roboco (which I do) but maybe doesn't have something to pull you in if you don't already know how great Roboco is.
