I made it the fuck up I plan on documenting this in more detail later, but basically:
1. overlay the hair onto the video
2. generate the first keyframe
3. Run it through ebsynth until it starts to break down
4. Use the last ebsynth frame as the basis for your new keyframe, make some minor tweaks to the face or whatever, generate a new keyframe with img2img
5. Repeat step 3
