Listen to ASMR. There's bound to be the type of ASMR that works for you. If you have ADHD storytelling ASMR works, various EN vtubers do that, particularly Fauna, FallenShadow, Miori, Menace, Nene, etc etc etc. If not, maybe binaurals with funny noises are for you. Or cooking videos.
Take a bath every day before bed.
Lather yourself in oils.
