So apparently Lolo streamed in TC (
https://twitcasting.tv/l0l0_0707/movie/691680034) and cried. I missed it and it wasn't recorded, so I don't know what she said, but I looked around and it looks like she said that she's reincarnating and needs a new Live2D (same as what she said on her last YT streams).
Then I saw this on the /jp/ thread. I'm not a member of rurudo's fanbox so I can't confirm this.

・ロロは元々マスコット用Vtuberにするつもりはなかった
・でもLive2Dとか作ってもらって流石に勿体なくなったので知り合いを通じて演者の人に貸した
・演者と配信活動に関しての契約書を結び機材・マイク・ゲームソフト等も無償で貸した
・演者とはその内直接連絡を取らなくなり知人を通じてしかやりとりしなくなった
・次第に契約の不履行をされるようになったのでruruっさん側から契約期限で延長せずに終わりだと申し出た
・ruruっさん側からお互い良くなるように譲歩もしたが機材を借りパクされたまま返してもらえず
・メールも返答なし、用意GoogleアカウントYoutubeアカウントは勝手にパス変更された、どうしたらいいのかわからない
So if these are true then they really had a falling out. Quite a bad one at that.
Though it would be funny if rurudo is Lolo and this is just her chuuni delusions.I just want a Towa-rurudo-Lolo-Sio mahjong stream...
