Youtube algo for highlights is still peak between 8 to 12 minutes.

Unless you're just being a fraudulent indian account then posting frequency just needs to be 2x times a week per platform minimum at the same regularity.
They also mention scheduling content, but this is 100% wrong because scheduled tweets are detected by the system. If you're going to schedule content, you need to use a 3rd party apps like IFTTT
