Adults nowadays (largely us) were raised in this era of hyperconsumism, predation, corruption, hypernormalization, social media, addictive loops, etc. And you expect most of them to work normally without meds? Fuck, man. The only reason people aren't melting down and rioting is cause they can't muster enough mental energy to exist most of the times, let alone fight back.
Meds are a necessary evil for this and future generations, cause the way the things are set up simply does not let people live without them anymore.
