Think of it like a game. There is a bar for nervousness the more you push the bot the higher the bar goes. If the bar maxes out then you will get your message deleted because the bot is overstimulated. If you do overstimulate the bot just take a second and let the bot cool off. You can then continue. Basically poke and prod the filter seeing what you can get away with.
