The sisters think the artist is an actual Doki fan so they attack her again, the Pippafags know he's one of them so they go full falseflag and act like dragoons are the ones fuelling the drama. (Which is completely untrue, you can check the general, they completely share and respect Doki's mentality.)
Instead of being classy and keeping a low profile after deleting the video, the artist decided to save face by making a "wholesome" version with Mint, then he made a very lame joke about accidentally uploading a "corrupted" version.
