I love the way Reflect starts and her "normal" singing. If the whole song was like that I think it would be pretty great.
From beginning to 1:30 it's pretty good.
But then you have those weird rap intermissions and segments where she basically just talks and it sounds like a completely different song. It just doesn't fit.
I do understand and appreciate the "meaning" behind the schism in this song and what she's trying to tell us, but at the end of the day that doesn't really matter when the final result is something that's just a bit awkward.
I'm curious how it sounds in a karaoke though, when she actually sings it herself.
