On my opinion, this have two perspectives
1) Is difficult to fire Laila, as she have the Top Streamer of Wactor in Youtube. In fact, every week Laila is not streaming, represents to Akira thousands of dollars lost
2)Laila probably did something really dubm, if Akira decided to throw away thousands of dollars per week in revenue
It's a mix bag. I am sure not even Akira knows how to solve the problem he is in. Same for Laila. She just lost her Fandom, and a ton of money, for indefinte time
