If you're casual about sex, popular with the girls/boys, you don't have an obsession with sex, it's just normal to you, just part of life. If sex is something you know about but never or rarely experienced first-hand, you tend to sacralize it, like it's some kind of special magical thing. You get obsessed with it, you can't help but slip a few suggestive jokes or innuendos here and there, because sex is always on your mind. This behavior is very apparent in teenagers.
I don't think IRyS is as horny as some people say, she's normal. But, if we assume that she really is horny, then it only means she's fucking pure. She's the seisoest, just like she says.
