The gameplay is really fun! And in The Fear fight if you take the fake death pill he'll jump down to look at your body then turn around to face away from you and if you then take the revival pill you can throw a stun grenade in front of him and then if you shoot him with the AK47 while he's stunned it counts as stun damage so you can instantly non-lethal him and do the fight in like 10 seconds.
