Expanding into full blown anime and games WILL make the Hololive IP more popular than it's ever been in the normalfag sphere who don't want to watch streams/idol concerts and never will. But they will watch a 20 episode seasonal anime with cute girls and a low effort story, and they will play a traditional JRPG with the same elements.
Granted, I would like my favorite girls to keep streaming as a priority, and they probably will, but the new generations are almost certainly going to be more products than streamers and that will be beneficial for the company overall.
