>>59687580A few months ago people commented it looked a lot like part of his face was paralyzed recently and he couldn't really smile anymore without it being too obvious, so he always has a blank expression now when clearly he would smile before (it was evident even under the facemasks). Whether it was a stroke or bell's palsy or something else (if even for real to begin with) who knows, but he does look a little better lately and it's not as obvious anymore so I think he's recovering, but perhaps is self-conscious about it and/or people think him looking bored/sullen all the time if he still can't really-really smile maybe is considered more detrimental than having someone else hold the merch. He still attempts to smile but notice it's always on only half his face and not like a beaming smile but just kind of a half-smirk. It's still like that.
